What happens if I exceed my shipment limit?
You'll be notified when approaching your limit. Additional shipments are charged at $0.10 per shipment on Starter, $0.08 on Growth. Enterprise has unlimited shipments included.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle, and you keep access to your current features until then.
Which carriers do you integrate with?
We support 100+ carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, local couriers, and regional carriers across emerging markets. Custom carrier integrations available on Enterprise plans.
